Having completed the MBTI questionnaire online:

  • individual coaching meeting with a MBTI practitioner to collect feedback and work out the basics of a personal development plan.
  • during the meeting: defining strengths and areas for development, assessing preferable communication style and the potential to manage change, planning development stages to improve the quality of the impact on employees.

For individual leaders we recommend a transformational coaching program whereas for groups of leaders – a group coaching.
