The success of any change – no matter whether on organizational, team or individual level – is rooted in people’s attitudes, motivation and behaviors as a part of the  Growth Mindset.

Our approach to development:

Our goal is to support individuals, leaders and teams in transforming behaviors and expanding soft skills necessary to achieve success both in personal and professional life.

We value Professor Carol Dweck’s concept (“Mindset: The New Psychology of Success”) which presents two distinct and opposing mindsets of people:

  • Growth mindset people – solution-oriented people who believe that success is a direct result of hard work, persistence and a strong dedication to lifelong learning;
  • Fixed mindset people – problem-oriented people who believe that success is a direct result of intelligence and talent.

The research has shown that organizations taking an effort to build a growth mindset culture (a culture of learning) can considerably increase innovation, agility and employee engagement. Thus, the organizations gain their competitive advantage.

Nowadays, more and more organizations which transform their businesses due to the challenges of the V.U.C.A world, foster behaviors and attitudes typical of the growth mindset among their employees. “Longlife learners” set on facing new challenges are the people most valued by these organizations. Not getting discouraged by setbacks and mistakes, such people put themselves in a continuous improvement process which leads  to better and better business results.

„Your visions will become clear only when you can look into your own heart. Who looks outside, dreams; who looks inside, awakes”. C.G. Jung

To build a culture of development it is vital for organizations to have growth mindset leaders who set an example of the desired approaches to work and who provide their teams with opportunities to expand their mindsets.

Also in a private life, the feeling of life success and satisfaction is anchored in personal beliefs and attitudes towards learning. Here, embracing challenges is the crucial factor in developing a growth mindset. Continuous striving for lifelong learning and growth makes it possible for people to live a fulfilling life regardless of their age.

We offer workshops and development activities for individuals and groups – in and outside companies. The workshops and development activities can support the trainees on their way to personal, team and organizational change through expanding their soft skill mindsets.
