We offer development activities for people aged 50 and over who are interested in lifelong learning and achieving goals.
We assume these people are in different positions and life situations – some of them are professionally active while others seek opportunities to return to the labor market.

Topics: Longlife learning and expanding a growth mindset, knowledge and experience sharing at the place of work, looking for development and learning opportunities in an organization, mentoring and reversed mentoring.
Strategies to build an engaging and satisfying life-style
Topics: Longlife learning – the Growth Mindset versus the Fixed Mindset, the power of reflection and positive thinking , setting and achieving goals – “small step strategy”, effective time management, overcoming barriers and obstacles on the way to goal achievement.
Vocational activization
Topics: the power of self-confidence and positive thinking, self-reflection on one’s own potential and development direction pursued so far, building one’s self-image, writing an effective CV and getting prepared for a recruitment meeting.

Workshops and trainings, group coaching, peer-sessions, coaching and mentoring.
